Flightoway advertising and offer standards
Last updated:
This page explains the standards Flightoway uses to describe its independent travel assistance, flight-search resources and booking offers. Visitors should be able to identify the business, understand the service and review material costs before deciding to proceed.
These statements do not constitute advertising-platform certification. Actual advertising, destination pages and business practices must be consistent with the service offered.
1. Business identity and independence
Our advertising should identify Flightoway and direct visitors to flightoway.com or clearly identified Flightoway contact details. We do not represent our website or phone number as an airline's official reservations department, customer service or refund authority.
An airline name may identify a flight provider or topic. It must not be used to imply that the airline owns or endorses Flightoway. Names, trademarks and provider images remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Offer availability and qualifications
A priced offer should be verifiable and include material qualifications such as applicable dates, route, passenger basis, cabin and availability restrictions. An expired fare or illustrative route should not be presented as a currently purchasable offer.
Route cards and travel guides help visitors start searches; they are not confirmation that a particular nonstop flight or fixed fare is available. Results depend on the dates and options returned for a search.
3. Complete pricing and selected extras
The amount a traveler is asked to authorize should identify the relevant currency, passenger basis, mandatory charges, disclosed agency fees and selected extras. Optional services should not be presented as mandatory without an accurate explanation.
If a quoted amount changes before confirmation, the updated price and itinerary should be reviewed before authorization. A price disclosure should be accessible near the booking information, rather than concealed behind a general statement about fees.
4. Savings and service claims
Flightoway does not advertise an unverified percentage saving, a guaranteed lowest fare or an automatic refund, upgrade or ticketing outcome. Support availability and response-time claims should reflect actual operations rather than imply guaranteed immediate handling.
Testimonials, credentials, memberships or endorsements must not be fabricated. A comparison with another fare needs a meaningful basis, including equivalent travel details and the complete cost.
5. Relevant landing pages and inquiries
An advertisement should lead to a page where the stated service and material conditions can be inspected. Visitors should be able to find contact details, terms, fare information and cancellation guidance before making a booking decision.
A call to Flightoway requests independent assistance. A contact form that opens an email application prepares a draft; it does not establish that a message was delivered. An inquiry does not authorize payment or change an existing reservation.
6. Data collection and advertising measurement
Information requested through an advertisement or destination should be relevant to the service. General inquiries should not ask visitors to expose full card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Any optional measurement or marketing technology should be described accurately and operate with the choices or consent required for its use. A privacy or cookie notice does not itself establish that every necessary control is implemented.
7. Reporting an inconsistent advertisement
Contact us with the advertisement text, destination URL, date seen and the specific inconsistency. Avoid including sensitive payment information in the report. If the concern involves a booking, include its reference so the offer and request can be compared.
Google and other advertising platforms make their own approval and enforcement decisions. This policy does not promise approval, immunity from suspension or affiliation with an advertising platform.
Official guidance
Google's guidance addresses misleading identity, unavailable offers and unclear pricing. Review the official policy for platform requirements Google Ads misrepresentation policy.

Do not include full card numbers, passwords or identity documents in a general inquiry. Opening an email draft does not send it; complete the message in your email application.
