Booking requests, confirmations and ticket delivery
Last updated:
Flightoway's fulfillment process concerns the status and communications of a travel request handled through our service. Actual air transportation is supplied by the operating airline; website submission is not a guarantee that transport has been confirmed.
Keep the contact information for your request accurate and review every status message. A draft, a received request, a payment authorization, a reservation reference and an issued ticket can represent different stages.
1. Before submitting your request
Check passenger names, travel dates, airports, cabin and contact details. Review the complete price, fare restrictions and any agency service fees. Make sure the itinerary fits your connection and travel-document requirements before authorizing payment.
Retain a copy of the offer you accepted. If you are booking for another traveler, share the itinerary and conditions and make sure you have authority to submit their information.
2. Request acknowledgment and booking status
An acknowledgment shows that a request or step has been recorded. It does not necessarily mean the airline has accepted the request or issued a ticket. Read the status stated for your booking and ask us if it is unclear.
A booking reference can exist before ticketing is complete. Check for ticket details or an explicit statement that the booking has been ticketed rather than relying only on a reference number or a payment entry.
3. Supplier confirmation and electronic documents
When the provider confirms the booking, the available itinerary, reference and ticketing information should be checked against the details you authorized. Delivery depends on the communication method and contact information used for your request.
Review names, dates, airports, flight numbers, cabin, passenger count and baggage conditions. An electronic itinerary or e-ticket is distinct from a boarding pass; the airline's check-in process may still be required.
4. Pending requests and unsuccessful fulfillment
Supplier processing, payment or identity checks, technical issues or an inventory change can leave a request pending. We do not promise one ticket-issuance time for every booking. Ask about the current status and the next step before arranging travel around an unconfirmed request.
If the original itinerary cannot be confirmed, review the alternatives, updated price and payment status. A replacement itinerary or higher amount needs your authorization. A payment that appears pending at your bank should be distinguished from a completed charge and a refund.
5. Missing documents or incorrect details
Check spam folders and the email address supplied for your request. Contact us with your booking reference if expected documents have not arrived. Do not repeatedly submit another payment merely because an email is missing.
Report a mismatch promptly. Name, date or route corrections can be limited by airline rules and may involve charges. Obtain confirmation of any correction; changing a contact field in an account does not necessarily change an issued ticket.
6. Changes before departure
Check the operating airline's current schedule, terminal and check-in instructions before departure. Schedule changes may occur after ticket issuance. Confirm that onward transfers and separate reservations still fit the updated itinerary.
If you receive a cancellation or significant-change notice, review the available alternatives and applicable refund rights before accepting a credit or replacement flight. The supplier and ticket transaction details determine who handles the request.
7. Records and support follow-up
Keep booking confirmations, ticket numbers, payment references and correspondence together. These records help distinguish an unfinished request from confirmed travel and make it easier to investigate a missing document.
For urgent needs at the airport, contact the operating airline directly as well as Flightoway where appropriate. Our assistance does not replace the airline's check-in, boarding or operational decisions.

Do not include full card numbers, passwords or identity documents in a general inquiry. Opening an email draft does not send it; complete the message in your email application.
