Flightoway Website And Booking Terms

Using Flightoway: website and booking terms

Last updated:

These terms explain how flightoway.com may be used and what to review when requesting independent travel assistance from Flightoway. They apply to website searches, account use, inquiries and booking-related requests handled through our service.

Read these terms together with the conditions for your selected ticket, the price disclosure and any written service quotation. The airline or supplier's conditions govern its travel services. Nothing on this page removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Our independent role

Flightoway provides flight search and reservation assistance. We are not an airline, do not operate aircraft and do not present our phone number as an airline's official customer service. Airline names and trademarks identify the providers of itinerary options and belong to their respective owners.

Airlines and suppliers determine inventory, operating schedules, baggage rules, check-in procedures and ticket restrictions. An inquiry through Flightoway does not establish a partnership, endorsement or direct contract with a particular airline.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

Only submit a booking or payment authorization if you are legally able to enter the transaction, or are acting with appropriate authorization. When arranging travel for another person, obtain permission to provide their information and ensure they receive the applicable itinerary and conditions.

Keep account credentials private, use accurate contact details and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access. Do not use another person's payment details without authorization.

3. Search results, quotes and ticket issuance

A search result is an option to review, not a promise that a seat or price will remain available. Supplier inventory may change between search, selection, payment authorization and ticketing. Review an updated offer before accepting a changed price or itinerary.

A submitted form, saved booking draft or payment authorization does not by itself establish that a ticket has been issued. Review the booking reference, status and ticket details in the communication supplied for your request. Contact us if the status remains unclear.

4. Traveler information and documents

You are responsible for checking names, dates, airports, passenger count and contact details before authorizing a request. Names should match the identification used for travel. Corrections may require supplier approval and may involve restrictions or charges.

  • Check passport, visa and transit requirements with the relevant authorities for your nationality and complete journey.
  • Confirm baggage allowances, special assistance requirements and check-in deadlines with the operating airline.
  • Review airport changes, overnight connections and arrangements for separate tickets before purchase.

5. Prices, fees and payment authorization

Review the currency and complete payable amount for all travelers, including mandatory taxes and charges, disclosed agency service fees and selected extras. Optional baggage, seats or other services may have separate costs. A service fee and its refund conditions should be identified before you authorize that service.

Authorization applies to the amount and service disclosed for your request. If a payment fails or verification is needed, the requested fare may become unavailable. Do not approve a replacement charge until you understand the revised amount, itinerary and status of any earlier payment.

6. Changes, cancellations and supplier disruptions

Voluntary changes or cancellations depend on ticket conditions, availability and applicable law. A change can involve a fare difference and fees. No-shows or cancellation of an earlier segment can affect later segments; ask about the complete itinerary before making a decision.

A supplier-initiated cancellation or significant change may create refund or other rights under applicable law even for a nonrefundable fare. Do not assume a travel credit is your only option. See the cancellation and refund information for request guidance.

7. Website use and third-party resources

Do not submit false information, disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access or use the service for unlawful activity. Travel guides provide general planning information rather than individual immigration or legal advice.

External airline, airport, government and payment pages have their own terms and privacy practices. Review the source and current requirements when using them. Website access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues; contact us if an unfinished request needs attention.

8. Service concerns and applicable rights

Contact us with the booking reference, relevant dates and the issue you want reviewed. Keep confirmations, quotations and receipts so the request can be checked. A general inquiry is not authorization to change or cancel travel.

Airline operations and government decisions are outside Flightoway's control. This explanation does not waive responsibilities imposed on Flightoway by applicable law or limit rights that cannot be excluded. Any booking-specific agreement must be disclosed before the transaction.

9. Updates to these terms

The date above identifies this version of the website terms. Review the terms when making a new request and keep the conditions supplied for an existing booking. A later website edit does not by itself rewrite the price or conditions already agreed for that booking.
